Appointment Modifications, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy
Modifications or Rescheduling
We permit modifications or rescheduling of appointments at no charge up to 48 hours in advance. This courtesy helps us manage our schedule and serve all our clients effectively.
Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 48 Hours
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost, up to $500, will be charged. This policy is in place to honor the time of our dedicated stylists.
No-Show Policy
Not arriving for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service price. This ensures fairness to both our stylists and other clients waiting for services.
Children Policy
To maintain a peaceful and safe environment, we kindly request that clients refrain from bringing children to the salon unless they are receiving a service. This policy helps ensure the safety and relaxation of all guests.
Respect and Courtesy Policy
